Mk2 Risers

Paramania are proud to announce our latest riser update! the MK2 Risers for Revolution and Action GT powergliders.
As some of you may have already noticed we are already using the MK2 risers and have been slowly updating them until perfection. The result has set a new benchmark and a new meaning for 'high quality' within our industry and sport!.

The updates are:-

-Mk2 Wingtip Steering Kit
The MK2 Wingtip steering kit can be attached to your existing wingtip line without the need to replace or sew on to the wingtip line using a special method of attaching line to line, which also allows you to regulate the amount of travel you can pull to best suit your type of handling and paraengine setup.
This neat little toggle is docked onto a high-grade Velcro pad to ensure that the toggle dose not detach and become tangled with the rest of the riser or the main controls of the wing. The kit can also be detached and reattached further down the riser, so you can choose the most comfortable position for the wingtip kit (Adjustable for low and high hang point paramotors)

-Trimmer mechanism with protective cover
Under the protective cover is a very clever system of buckles which allows for fine trimmer adjustment. It also ensures an extremely tight grip well beyond that of any cam buckle, without any wear to the trimmer webbing.

-Detrim handle
Pulling on the Detrim handle gently release bit by bit the trimmers for precision settings Or by pulling 90 degree outwards from the rest of the risers detrims the risers completely to Fast / Reflexed mode.

-Trim handle
Pulling down on the Trim handle or on the red trimmer webbing begins to slow the glider down and removes the reflex from the wing. Allowing for slow flight and sharper turning radiuses on the brakes.  

-Riser protection
The bottom of the riser is the area which tends to get the most abused and used, so we have added protection. Under the protective cover is a buckle which allow for the trimmer webbing to be replaced if ever it wears out, it can also be used to limit the amount of travel on the trimmers, e.g instructors can limit the amount of Reflex and speed the glider has.

The Mk2 risers will be available from your Paramania agent. For those who would like to upgrade to the new risers from their old ones will be given the opurtunity to buy them at a  discounted price  by providing their wing model and serial number to their dealer.

NOTE - Anyone who has had any problem with their trimmers slipping will receive (free of charge) the new stronger cam buckle springs to replace the old springs. Simply send us your address and serial number and your new springs will be sent to you in the post.
